The Australian National Contact Point

The Australian National Contact Point is one of the few avenues for redress for communities, workers and individuals when Australian business breaches their human rights. A recent report demonstrates that it is failing to deliver remedy.


Australian inquiry into modern Slavery

The Australian Government is currently carrying out an Inquiry into Modern Slavery.  Various groups and academics in the network are making submissions.


United nations treaty on business and human rights

There are currently negotiations underway in the UN for a Treaty on Business and Human Rights.
